Osmanthus x burkwoodii (Osmarea burkwoodii)
Osmanthus x burkwoodii is a hybrid of O. delavayi x O. decorus (formerly known as x Osmarea burkwoodii). Slow-growing compact shrub with dark green, oval, leathery and toothed glossy leaves, 2.5 to 5cm long. Clusters of small fragrant white flowers in April and May. Plant in full sun to partial shade and will withstand drought.

Delavay Osmanthus is a beautiful small leaved species with a profusion of very fragrant, white jasmine-like flowers in spring. Plant near walkways to enjoy fragrance; can be used as small hedge. Responds well to pruning.
